This first event in the Equilibrium Series explores the Water Element and the Sacral Chakra, the energetic centre of emotion, sensuality, and creation.
Through conscious connection, breath, and manifestation practices, you'll create space for your inner truths to rise and be expressed.

This transformative journey is guided by Karine Massimiano, an accredited Master Energy Practitioner, Breathwork Facilitator and Life Coach.
With a background in corporate leadership and a personal journey of healing, Karine combines technical expertise with deep spiritual insight to empower women in reconnecting with their inner peace, self-love, and sense of wholeness.
Her approach is intuitive yet practical, rooted in evidence-based understanding of trauma, nervous system regulation, and energetic alignment. Karine's mission is to hold a safe, compassionate space for healing, helping you reconnect with your inner wisdom and creative power.
